Last updated: 16 February 2026
G-Screen is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our glaucoma awareness tool.
Summary: G-Screen is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require an account and we do not sell your data to third parties. Your screening results are stored on our server in de-identified form (with no names, email addresses, or phone numbers) and automatically expire after 30 days. Any contact details you provide for delivery are processed by third-party services and are not stored on our servers.

G-Screen is operated from Australia. For privacy enquiries, contact us at:
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
During the screening, you may provide:
- Year of birth
- Ethnicity
- Family history of glaucoma
- Previous eye examination history
This information is used to present your responses alongside published educational content.
Exit Survey (Optional)
After completing the eye health check, you may optionally respond to a brief exit survey. These responses are collected anonymously via our analytics platform and cannot be linked to you personally.
Screening Reference Code
Each screening session is assigned a randomly generated reference code. This code is displayed on your results page and included in your results report. It contains no personal information and exists solely to allow you to reference your session if you choose to discuss your results with an eye care professional.
Email Delivery (Optional)
After completing the eye health check, you may optionally choose to send your results to yourself via email. If you choose to do so, your email address is passed directly to our third-party email delivery service for the sole purpose of sending the message. Your email address is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your screening results.
SMS Delivery (When Available)
When SMS delivery is available, you may optionally choose to receive your results via SMS. If you choose to do so, your mobile phone number is passed directly to our third-party messaging service for the sole purpose of delivering the message. Your phone number is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your screening results.
We do not collect or store contact details of any third parties. Any sharing with friends or family is initiated by you from your own device.
